Estonian Malt OÜ (former Eesti Leivalinnase OÜ) is a leading rye malt producer in the Baltic States. We have more then 15 years experience supplying the biggest bread bakeries in the Baltic counties and many other EU bakeries and re-sellers.

In our range we have diastatic and non-diastatic rye malt, moist germinated rye malt grains, germinated rye malt flakes, thermally stabilized wheat and rye malt and diastatic wheat malt.   

Our monthly production capacity is approximately 240 tonnes of rye malts and we are currently supplying more then 30 bakeries and bakery ingredient resellers. 

Possessing an up-to-date malting factory and professional employees, we produce malt using only high quality food grain, which is grown according to all EU regulations. We don’t use any preservatives or additives and our rye malt has been produced thru a natural fermentation process.

Estonian Malt has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System which meets requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008.
